Turn spare industrial power into revenue.
If your facility has electrical capacity it isn't using, we install and operate GPU computing equipment on site. We cover the incremental energy and agreed site costs of our deployment, and pay you for the space and capacity. Nothing for you to build or run.
Chicago-based. Built for Midwest industrial facilities.

- Your power
- Your space
- Our hardware
- Our customers
- New revenue
Your electrical capacity is worth more than you think.
AI companies need power, space, and connectivity, and new data centers are slow and expensive to build. Many industrial facilities already have all three, partly unused.
We put that capacity to work. You keep running your business; we run the compute, cover our own costs, and pay you for the space and capacity we use.
Your facility
Unused power + space
Our GPU equipment
Installed and operated by us, on site
Compute sold to our customers
Inference, training, rendering
Recurring revenue to you
For the power and space you provide
You provide the site. We handle the rest.
Our deployment is sized to your spare capacity and designed around your facility's existing operations and electrical load. We cover the incremental energy and agreed site costs, and pay you for the space and capacity we use.
- 01
We evaluate your facility
A no-obligation review of your spare power, space, and connectivity.
- 02
We install the equipment
GPU hardware, racks, networking, and cooling, sized to your spare capacity.
- 03
We operate everything
Monitoring, maintenance, energy management, and customers.
- 04
You earn from the capacity
We cover our incremental energy and agreed site costs; you receive recurring revenue for the space and capacity.
Ideal facilities typically have meaningful spare three-phase power, usable industrial space, and reliable fiber or high-speed connectivity. Not sure? We can help you find out.
What you provide

Questions facility owners usually ask.
If yours isn't here, the evaluation is the place to ask it.
- What does this cost me?
- We bring the hardware, install it, and run it, and we cover the incremental energy and agreed site costs associated with our deployment. You provide space and access to your spare electrical capacity, and you're paid for it. Commercial terms are set together during the evaluation.
- Will it interfere with production?
- Our deployments are designed around your facility's existing operations and electrical load. Where workloads permit, compute can be scheduled or curtailed during periods of peak facility demand.
- How much space does it take?
- A small number of racks in space you aren't using. We size the installation to your site and start well within it.
- Where does your revenue come from?
- We sell the computing capacity to AI and software companies — through contracted customers and established compute marketplaces. That's our side of the business; you don't need to manage any of it.
- Who runs the equipment day to day?
- We do. Monitoring, maintenance, networking, cooling, and energy management are all handled by us.
For compute buyers: GPU capacity in the Midwest.
We are building distributed GPU infrastructure for AI inference, training, rendering, and other compute-intensive workloads — for infrastructure partners, AI companies, and organizations that need capacity.
Dedicated capacity
GPUs allocated to a single customer for consistent, long-running workloads.
Reserved capacity
Committed capacity on agreed terms for organizations that need predictable access.
Infrastructure partnerships
Capacity supplied to compute platforms and infrastructure partners on a contracted basis.
Custom GPU deployments
Hardware and configurations built around specific workload, networking, or storage requirements.
Midwest, Chicago-based capacity
Distributed sites across industrial facilities in the Midwest, operated from Chicago.
Have spare power at your facility?
It could be earning you recurring revenue, with the deployment designed around your existing operations. Start with a no-obligation evaluation.
